High Point Village Residents Association

Welcome to the High Point Village residents association

Register

The High Point Village residents association exists to advocate on behalf of the community at High Point Village on issues such as energy costs, service charges, parking and other site services. The residents association also has a voice in the Hayes community, providing regular feedback to local council and police groups about how to make Hayes safer, cleaner and a more enjoyable place to live!

Home is where the heart is

High Point Village has been designed both to offer an oasis of calm in an otherwise hectic world and to give its residents a real sense of community, a perfect place and an ideal space to make a real home.

The best of both worlds

High Point Village takes the idea of the urban village to a new definition for the 21st Century. The architecture may have a contemporary, metropolitan feel with its busy restaurants and bars, but this is stillness personified with its landscaped gardens creating a sense of tranquillity beside the Grand Union Canal.

Coming and going

High Point Village itself may be a haven of peace and quiet, but it certainly isn’t a sleepy backwater. Hayes and Harlington station is on the doorstep with excellent rail links – Crossrail is well on its way – making travel for business or pleasure simple and convenient. Can’t wait to get home? You won’t have to.

Out and about

From High Point Village, it’s easy to work and play as hard as you please. The best retail therapy in the world awaits you in London’s West End; if you overdo the strawberries and cream at Wimbledon, you can walk them off on the rolling hills of the Home Counties just a short distance away. And for a complete change of scene, there’s always Eurostar from King’s Cross and flights from Heathrow.
